We also give Indian suppliers a platform to work with international businesses. We take end-to-end responsibility for developing and sourcing components from India. A reliable system is put in place to manage various challenges related to design complexities, Quality requirements, Packaging, and Logistics requirements.
Based on our decades of experience, we offer a set of well-equipped strategic supplier base to our customers and provide optimum solutions to their sourcing needs. We collaborate consistently with these Suppliers and provide all the necessary support to align their systems and processes to give a seamless sourcing experience to the Customer. We want to work as an Indian representative to International Customers who do not have a purchasing office in India to provide a best-in-class sourcing experience and gain the maximum advantage of Sourcing from India.
We also represent the Indian Supplier to the Customer, creating a Win-Win situation for both, the customer & Supplier. Our Business model is to serve as Consulting Partner to both Customers and Suppliers wherein we are adding lots of value, however, we are open to exploring better alternative options based on the specific needs of our customers.
